Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist in Cape Town to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong technical background to provide top-notch support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical support tickets from inception to resolution.
  • Give advice on troubleshooting techniques and guide clients through complex problems.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on products and technologies.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in technology
