Join our Durban-based IT support team as an IT Support Technician where you will provide first-class technical assistance to users, manage support tickets, and maintain our equipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a desire to optimize technology services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and service desk inquiries.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate as required.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data by backing up information.
• Participate in creating training materials and documentation for users.
• Assess tech needs and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Assist with the rollout of new applications and technology innovations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the IT support process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.
