Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing operational efficiency and cultivating a customer-focused team. Your leadership will be key in implementing retail strategies that drive growth and performance in our Pretoria store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize store operations and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail laws.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.
  • Conduct staff meetings to discuss sales goals and performance.
  • Create an inviting store atmosphere to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, including operational costs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform store strategy.
  • Train new staff on store procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Relevant additional qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management
