Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues within our organization. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, help maintain the integrity of our systems, and provide a high level of support to our users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues promptly.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving email system issues.
• Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge and advancements in IT.
• Implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security.
• Create reports on user support activity and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT Support or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
