As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and printers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in ITIL is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical roles
