Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network infrastructure. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has strong technical skills, and is passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Assist users in resolving software application issues and provide training.
  • Conduct regular security audits to ensure the safety of network systems.
  • Report on system issues and propose improvements.
  • Work with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implementations.
  • Support remote users with IT-related queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certification in ITIL is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical roles
