Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of best practices in manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Facilitate workshops to develop team capabilities in process optimization.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and operations teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of production documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
