Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The successful applicant will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless IT operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during each support interaction.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT strategy.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for IT procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Certifications in ITIL or similar frameworks are desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
