Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect to join our innovative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cloud infrastructure design and implementation, as well as experience in DevOps practices. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build secure and scalable cloud solutions.
• Guide teams in implementing best practices in cloud security.
• Monitor cloud performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors to leverage new cloud technologies.
• Mentor junior team members on cloud technology and DevOps practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies

Technical Skills

• AWS
• DevOps Tools
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Google Cloud Professional Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
