UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX/UI Designer and showcase your creativity and technical skills in enhancing user interactions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring user-centered design ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a design system and style guide.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
• Utilize analytics to assess user engagement and improve designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to design ideation.
• Document design processes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and review junior designers’ work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Visual Design, or similar
• Relevant certification in UX design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in conducting A/B testing: Hands-on experience in running user tests and analyzing results.
