Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Create detailed tech packs for production.
• Work closely with fabric suppliers to source materials that align with the design vision.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to refine and adjust designs accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for new collections.
• Handle multiple design projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Engage in public relations and brand image initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in fashion design are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design
