Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site activities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
  • Lead project meetings and liaise with all contractors.
  • Monitor expenses and provide cost estimates throughout the project.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure quality of work.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or similar
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the construction sector
