Job Description

As an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair activities of equipment critical to our manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure machinery operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance technician meetings for effective communication of updates and challenges.
  • Analyze root causes of recurrent equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent them.
  • Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Manage and approve maintenance requests and service orders in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate contractor performance for outsourced maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for maintenance operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
