Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial data to facilitate budgeting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in financial audits and support external auditors.
• Review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training to junior staff on accounting principles.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the payroll process and employee benefits administration.
• Oversee compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Engage in financial planning and analysis activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment

• SAICA Member
• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
