Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will engage with customers, assist them in product selection, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Track daily sales and report to the Sales Manager.
• Assist with training new sales staff as needed.
• Participate in special promotional events.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
• Monitor customer foot traffic and adjust service strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred
