Job Description

Join us as a Technical Writer, where you will collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content. You'll be responsible for developing user guides, installation manuals, and online help sections that enhance the user experience of our software.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation projects from conception to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for documentation.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and improve content.
• Manage updates to documentation as products evolve.
• Provide training and support to staff on documentation tools.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to stay updated on product changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a closely related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Technical Communication is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with XML and HTML
• Proficient in Graphic Design Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Collaborative Spirit

Certifications

• Technical Communication Certification (TCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Online Help Systems: Knowledge in creating and managing online help content.
• Proficiency in Markdown or similar markup languages: Ability to write and format documents using Markdown.
