We're looking for a passionate Pharmacist ready to make a difference in the community! You will manage medication therapies, counsel patients on drug interactions, and work with healthcare teams to promote safe medication practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medication reviews and counseling sessions.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction in pharmacy services.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical pharmacy standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Assist in the development of community health education programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy setting
