UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer in our Johannesburg office, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our applications. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, your goal will be to ensure our products not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your passion for user experience, coupled with your design skills, will allow you to create impactful digital experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Design interactive prototypes for user testing and validation.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across digital products.
• Analyze user data to identify design issues and opportunities.
• Create and maintain design documentation and specifications.
• Participate in design critiques and give constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features.
• Help create a cohesive visual language for all digital interfaces.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Foster an inclusive design environment that values diverse perspectives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design is preferred
