Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for grooming a variety of pets, ensuring they are clean, healthy, and stylishly presented. An ideal candidate should have a love for animals, experience in grooming techniques, and a friendly attitude towards both pets and pet owners. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pets before grooming.
  • Utilize various grooming tools and techniques appropriately.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good condition.
  • Align grooming practices with health and safety standards.
  • Educate pet owners on the importance of regular grooming.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification from a recognized grooming school preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in professional grooming
