Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional housekeeping services.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Liaise with guests to address any specific housekeeping requests.
• Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews.
• Promote teamwork and morale among housekeeping staff.
• Assist in policy development for housekeeping operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a housekeeping department.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
