Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our rapidly growing practice in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to patient care. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and being part of a collaborative team that prioritizes health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient consultations and treatment plans.
• Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings.
• Administer vaccinations and preventative care.
• Monitor chronic diseases and adjust treatment as needed.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in patient education programs.
• Respond to medical inquiries and provide support to patients and families.
• Conduct emergency medical procedures as required.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Assist in administrative duties related to patient records and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Medical Degree (MBChB or equivalent)
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
