Join Creative Spaces Ltd. as an Interior Designer, where you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional spaces that meet clients' needs. Your role will include working closely with clients, developing design concepts, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Strong creativity and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design consultations with clients to capture their ideas and aspirations
• Prepare design proposals, including color palettes, layout plans, and 3D visualisations
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to implement design solutions
• Visit project sites to inspect work in progress and address any issues
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
• Assist in the selection of decor and furnishings that complement the overall design

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in diverse interior design projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
