Structural Engineer

Job Description

The Structural Engineer will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You will engage in project planning, design, and execution across various sectors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create structural models and simulations to evaluate design viability.
• Lead structural design meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Ensure that projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and select materials for various construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to align engineering activities with project goals.
• Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for engineering projects.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior staff on engineering processes and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience

• Experience in large-scale construction projects is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Advantageous

• Experience with seismic design principles: Knowledge of seismic design standards and practices.
• Familiarity with green building practices: Understanding of sustainable design and energy efficiency.
