Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up.
• Train and mentor junior nursing staff and interns.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Assist in managing medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Advanced diploma in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a hospital setting

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
