Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Keep records of patients' vital signs and behaviors.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Conduct health education sessions for patients and caregivers.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
• Engage in best practices for infection control.
