As a Data Scientist in our Durban office, you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to extract actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Implement machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data infrastructure is optimized for analytics.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business strategy.
• Work on A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve decision-making.
• Assist in the development of data governance frameworks.
• Present findings to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is a significant advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics
