• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries effectively.

• Assist with administrative duties as required.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively support customers.

• Matriculation/Grade 12
• Higher Education Qualification is an advantage
• Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Empathy Understanding and addressing customer needs and feelings.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)
