Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to help enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries effectively.
  • Provide feedback on customer experience and suggest improvements.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required.
  • Support team goals by achieving individual KPIs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively support customers.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members, if required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation/Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
