Design Engineer

Job Description

As a Design Engineer, you will be entrusted with the exciting challenge of designing and developing innovative products and systems that meet our clients' diverse requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process of new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Create detailed specifications, drawings, and test plans for new designs.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of designs for safety and quality assurance.
• Interact with clients to gather feedback on product performance and improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate team workshops to enhance design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering certification (ECSA) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design engineering within the manufacturing sector
