• Prepare and maintain project timelines and to-do lists.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of events through various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate event strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Manage a team of assistants and volunteers for event execution.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Planning or Hospitality Management

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in the event planning industry
