We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician in Pietermaritzburg to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring that IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Manage backups and updates to software and systems.
• Provide technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Respond to IT support tickets and manage follow-up communication with users.
• Work with external vendors for hardware repairs and procurement.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience
