Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to enhance our support team. You will troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless IT operations for our clients. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a vital role in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Computer Science or IT
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
