UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Solutions Co., you'll be an integral part of our design team, responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in UX principles and a flair for innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints to quickly produce design solutions.
• Utilize design thinking principles to solve complex user problems.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance user engagement through effective designs.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Assist in training junior designers and sharing knowledge about best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure design integrity in final products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a design role with a focus on UX/UI

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Adobe XD

• Problem-Solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with prototyping tools: Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Basic understanding of front-end development: Knowledge of how front-end frameworks integrate with design.
