Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and information system development to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated throughout the project.
• Review project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare reports.
• Mentor and guide project team members.

• Coordinate with IT support for system integration and infrastructure needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management
