Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting computer systems and networks. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users with technical queries, and ensure that all IT equipment is functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily IT operations and assist users in troubleshooting various tech issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network and system performance to ensure reliability.
  • Help implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Assist with the training of staff on new software applications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and service support.
  • Participate in IT projects for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Document all support activities and provide reports to IT Management.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
