We are seeking a driven Data Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Build visualizations that clearly display key performance metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to drive product improvements.
• Assist in training team members on analytical tools and techniques.
• Evaluate and enhance existing analytics processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in data analytics are an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Excel

• Detail-oriented
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with statistical software such as SAS or SPSS.: Knowledge in using statistical tools for in-depth data analysis.
• Understanding of data mining techniques.: Familiarity with techniques used to extract patterns from large data sets.
