Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll processes and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll software, have strong analytical skills, and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations while providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll adjustments and corrections.
• Generate payroll reports for management review.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries and compliance with deadlines.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
• Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance forms.
• Evaluate and implement payroll process improvements.
• Collect, enter and maintain payroll data accurately.
• Provide support during payroll audits and assist auditors as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Accounting
• Advanced certifications in payroll management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in payroll processing or HR
