Job Description

As an Accounts Management Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance. You will lead a team of accountants and ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct financial management activities and oversee budgets.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial best practices.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and assist in strategic planning.
  • Engage with vendors, clients, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Drive process improvements for accounting operations.
  • Ensure secure and efficient financial systems and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CA(SA), ACCA, or CIMA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in financial management or senior accounting roles
