Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a knack for customer service and sales, being the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the products and services offered.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in training new team members on sales procedures.
• Participate in regular sales meetings to strategise and improve performance.
• Assist with stock takes and follow store procedures regarding inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred

• Point of Sale Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
