Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Pietermaritzburg. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects.
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments.
• Guide patients and families through discharge planning.
• Document patient care activities and progress notes.
• Support the nursing team with assessments and evaluations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in community health activities and outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
