Join our Durban office as a Finance Controller, where you will be responsible for the financial health of our organization. This role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing financial statements, and advising senior management on financial strategy to facilitate informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare insightful financial forecasts to guide business strategy.
• Identify areas for cost savings and financial efficiencies.
• Facilitate financial planning meetings with executive leadership.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions affecting finance.
• Ensure adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Manage financial software and systems to streamline processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in financial leadership roles

Certifications

• CIMA or CFA certification
