Responsibilities

• Design lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students with special needs.
• Foster relationships with students to enhance engagement and learning.
• Utilize educational technology to support teaching and learning.
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
• Partner with special education teams to advocate for the students' needs.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote inclusion.
• Provide training and support to teacher aides as needed.
