Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting network issues, setting up workstations, and ensuring that all users have the tools they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who is both technically savvy and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective technical support to end users and resolve their issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in the network systems.
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Help in the setup of new devices and software.
  • Assist in the development of user guides and training materials.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies.
  • Support the IT team in achieving project goals and deadlines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
