Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will engage directly with clients and contribute to our advisory projects. You will play a crucial role in the preparation of comprehensive reports, market research, and financial modelling to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams on transaction details.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and projects.
• Document meetings and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure deal success.
• Stay abreast of market developments relevant to client portfolios.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or related advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking

Technical Skills

• Excel Financial Modelling
• Industry Research

• Critical Thinking
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• CFA preferred but not required

Languages

• English: Fluent
