You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our clients' messages effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design software and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs that meet client objectives.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Design and produce print and digital advertising materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure the alignment of message and design.
• Conduct quality control checks on all projects.
• Engage in ongoing critique and feedback processes with team members.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Explore innovative design approaches to engage audiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design-related field
• Additional certifications in design software preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
