Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Services Administrator who will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the public sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with government officials and community stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of public services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administration office.
  • Coordinate with external partners for community development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Assist management in strategic planning and execution of public services.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between the public and government officials.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public sector administration or management
