Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk queries via email and phone.
• Support the installation of network equipment and peripheral devices.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage stock levels.
• Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes with respect to IT.
• Perform backups on systems to protect data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve end-user issues related to software applications.
