Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product lines.
• Coordinate with stock team to ensure product availability.
• Assist in loss prevention through monitoring store activities.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
• Support the training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business is an asset

Experience

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

• Bilingual: Fluency in Afrikaans or another local language.
