The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional tech support to our users. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to IT service requests effectively and efficiently.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Assist with software installations and upgrades.
• Report on IT performance and issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux Administration
• Customer Service Orientation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with virtualization technologies: Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V for virtual machine management.
