• Enhance data visualization and storytelling methods for presenting findings.
• Evaluate analytics tools and technologies for potential adoption.
• Collaborate with IT on data infrastructure improvements.
• Assess team performance and implement development plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading data analytics initiatives
