The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and overseeing project management initiatives. You will use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess production capabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and increase product quality.
• Design layouts for optimal flow in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies.
• Prepare business cases for new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication of project scopes and timelines.
• Monitor KPI's and develop regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize inventory processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
