Responsibilities

• Handle the preparation of the organization's annual budget and financial report.
• Support financial analysis to aid in investment decisions.
• Establish and maintain effective financial management systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through financial analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial compliance audits.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff as required.
• Review transactions for accuracy and rectify as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Financial Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial role
